The van Beuren Charitable Foundation’s compassion for the children and families who rely on us is truly heartwarming! The Foundation recently awarded a second grant of $750,000 to the Every Child, Every Day Campaign, bringing their total investment to $1M! Their most recent grant will support our project to renovate the Hasbro Children’s Hospital Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Thank you van Beuren Charitable Foundation, for your remarkable generosity!

For more than two decades, the Tomorrow Fund’s generosity has played a critical role in helping to ensure that patients and families receive world-class cancer care close to home! The Tomorrow Fund’s recent commitment of $500,000 to the Every Child, Every Day Campaign will support a project to renovate space to meet the growing infusion services’ needs of The Tomorrow Fund Clinic. Thank you, Tomorrow Fund, for your invaluable partnership!

We are deeply grateful for The Champlin Foundation’s continued partnership during this important and exciting Campaign! The Foundation recently awarded Hasbro Children’s Hospital an additional grant of $250,000 to the Every Child, Every DayCampaign to support much-needed renovations to the hospital’s inpatient floors. This brings their total Campaign giving to $2.1 million. Thank you, Champlin Foundation, for your wonderful support and for being by our side as we move forward!

The Edward J. and Virginia M. Routhier Foundation, a longtime supporter of the Lifespan system, has stepped up to support the children and families of Rhode Island through their investment in the Every Child, Every Day Campaign. The Foundation recently awarded a grant of $75,000 to Hasbro Children’s Hospital to renovate our second-floor pediatric surgical services area to reflect our focus on high quality patient- and family-centered care. This is the Foundation’s second gift to the Campaign: last year they awarded $100,000 for renovations to the pediatric oncology inpatient floor bringing their total investment in the Campaign to $175,000. Thank you, Routhier Foundation, for your incredible support!

The Shriners of Rhode Island Charities Trust has once again demonstrated its amazing and vital partnership with a generous grant of $100,000 to our Every Child, Every Daycampaign. The funding will support a project to revitalize and transform the Hasbro Children’s Hospital Healing Garden – ensuring that the thousands of children and families we serve, as well as visitors and staff, will have access to a welcoming, healing and nurturing outdoor space. This is the Trust’s second grant in support of the campaign: their first grant of $40,000 is earmarked for renovations to Hasbro Children’s inpatient oncology unit, bringing their total investment in the campaign to $140,000. Thank you, Shriners of Rhode Island Charities Trust, for your continued support!

Announcing the Public Phase of the Campaign

At the 2019 Heroes Ball on Saturday, March 2, the community will be coming out to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the opening of Hasbro Children’s Hospital. But that’s not all. We will also be taking the opportunity at this joyous occasion to kick off the Public Phase of the Every Child, Every Day Campaign. Great progress towards our $35 million goal has been made. And with you by our side, we are committed to taking our messages to a broader audience and reaching what we set out to do within the next two years. Building a healthier world for children begins with a promise for their future.

We hope you can join us at this year’s Heroes Ball! If you haven’t yet purchased your tickets you can get them here 2019 Heroes Ball Tickets/Sponsorship
